When the Student is Ready the Teacher Appears

Step into the world of Tracy, a woman who turned the scars of her past into a shimmering tapestry of resilience, power, and purpose. Born amidst the rugged beauty of Boise, Idaho, and shaped by the wild unpredictability of life, Tracy is your guide to unlocking the raw, transformative energy of intuition, creativity, and spiritual awakening. Her journey hasn’t been ordinary—a gritty, soul-baring odyssey has taken her from trauma to triumph, fueled by the fire of self-discovery and the unyielding pursuit of truth.

With a sharp mind and an indomitable spirit, Tracy carved out a name for herself in arts education, earning a bachelor's in speech communication and a master’s in education and film. Two decades of shaping young minds taught her one vital truth: healing begins when you dare to embrace your scars. Along the way, she mastered the tools of transformation—Reiki, meditation, hypnosis, sound healing, and so much more—each a weapon in her arsenal to help others battle their inner demons and emerge victorious.

Tracy doesn’t shy away from the hard truths. With an ACE score of 9/10, she wears her past like a badge of honor, quipping with razor-sharp humor, “Crazy trauma runs in my veins—it’s the family business.” But she’s not content to let history repeat itself. For years, she’s been a relentless force, peeling back the layers of generational pain and rebuilding the foundation of her life—and yours—one energy shift at a time.

From the fog-drenched streets of San Francisco to the vibrant pulse of Vancouver, and now nestled in a cozy home outside Los Angeles, Tracy’s journey has been a kaleidoscope of experiences. Surrounded by her two teenagers and a loyal pack of furry companions, she continues to pour her passion into guiding others toward the life they were meant to live—a life of joy, purpose, and unapologetic authenticity.

My Journey

For much of my life, I found myself caught in the exhausting dance between fear and love. Fear often held me back from venturing into the unknown, and questions about my self-worth left me in a state of confusion. The fear of judgment would frequently deter me from even starting something new.

This fear-based mindset created a lonely space where I disconnected from others, mainly because I wasn't connected or present within myself. Though I understood the concepts of the conscious and subconscious minds and delved into books on manifestation and positive thinking, I didn't realize that my instinctual fight, flight, and freeze responses, which once kept me safe as a child, were now perpetuating unconscious perceptions, leading to distant emotions and limiting thoughts, words, actions, and engagement.

What used to ensure my safety became a self-imposed prison. I acknowledge that I am a work in progress, but now, armed with valuable tools, I am experiencing a life full of possibilities. I feel fortunate to share what I've learned, aiming to help you connect with your authentic self and cultivate a life where you not only survive but truly thrive.
